TSL is currently a part of the North Carolina Forestry Program, which sees to preserve untouched land that allows wildlife to live and thrive.

Results Delivered: Assessed IT infrastructure (software/hardware), processes, and vendor management. We continue to support this fantastic cause!
Project Summary: Evaluate current IT ecosystem and services delivered by Managed Service Provider.
Results Delivered: Replaced MSP saving 30% and increasing service levels from “on demand” (pay per ticket) to unlimited support. Replaced routing, firewall and wireless equipment dramatically increasing stability and security capabilities. Ongoing support: Director of IT responsibilities.
